Upgrade to the £3,000 limit card

If you have an Escape MasterCard® Prepaid Card with a £650 or £1,650 limit that you purchased in a Phones4u store,you can upgrade to a personalised £3,000 limit Escape MasterCard for just £4.99. This charge does not apply when upgrading a £650 card purchased online.

How to upgrade:

If you have a £1,650 limit card, the £3,000 card can be ordered with no further ID being required. If you have a £650 limit card, you need to send us a copy of photo ID in your name; we can accept the following documents:

• The photo page of your passport.
• Your EEA Identity Card
• Your UK photocard driving licence or provisional driving licence

 Send these documents to us by post: Escape Card, PO BOX 6388, LONDON, W1A 1UX or scan them and email them to support@escape-prepaid-card.com

Please indicate that you would like to upgrade to a £3,000 card and include your account number.

Please ensure you have the £4.99 available on your card. This will not be taken if your card was purchased online.

Your card will be sent to you within 5-7 days, simply activate by retrieving your PIN.
